Gary Grant joins the Workaid team
Workaid is delighted to welcome on board Gary Grant as a new patron.

The entrepreneur, who founded The Entertainer chain of toyshops, The Entertainer has been a supporter of Workaid for many years, raising almost £23,000 for us through the sale of charity wristbands and providing free storage for our shipping containers at his depot in Little Chalfont until recently. Visit picture After a visit to our workshop on January 11, Gary said: "There are currently more than 170 volunteers here with a shared vision and an amazing sense of purpose. In becoming a patron I would like to help the team continue and enlarge the work that they are doing"
Last year, Mr. Grant supported Workaid by selling almost £23,000 worth of wristbands in his toyshops nationwide. He has also provided free storage at his depot in Little Chalfont for containers waiting to be shipped to Africa, and given grants.
Gary replaces Sir Nigel Mobbs, a former Lord Lieutenant of Buckinghamshire, who was a Workaid patron until his death in October 2005.
